Waiting until the last moment sometimes means you may not be able to rent the house you desire and have to settle for the last available options.

Vacation rentals typically have a minimum stay of 7 days. In the majority of villa rentals, check-ins and check-outs are usually scheduled only from Saturday to Saturday. However, there are always exceptions (3 to 5 days depending on the property).
